Description: An independently installable R interface to gcorr workflows. The interface fits
ordinary, standard stratified, and grouped LD-score regression through a convenient checked
single- or multi-trait summary-statistics and Glist workflow or explicit focused inputs,
ordinary or binary-annotation GNOVA, and SumHer architecture models from ordinary,
allele-labelled summary-statistics data frames and explicit LD, annotation, architecture,
overlap, and delete-block inputs. Reusable regional LD preparation from Glist sparse LD or
explicit matrices supports HESS, rho-HESS, SUPERGNOVA, HDL-L, and LAVA marginal, binary,
simulation, partial-correlation, and regression workflows. Continuous-trait covariance
summaries support explicit structural equation and fixed-graph Gaussian graphical models,
including joint contrasts across GNOVA categories and SumHer components or categories. A
thin package-owned dispatcher delegates to focused method functions. Explicit preparation
of aligned instruments supports GSMR, GSMR2, inverse-variance weighted MR, MR-Egger, and
weighted-median MR. Native computation remains in the installed gcorr and gmat libraries.
