Reusable teaching modules
Each expanded module connects biological measurements to method choices, assumptions, worked R examples and interpretation challenges, with suggested answers and selected further reading. Follow a course pathway in the unified map, or choose a block below.
The learning pathway labels the core, extension and advanced entry points for every block. Apply selected modules in the real-data cases; the assessment crosswalk identifies evidence of learning.

Development status
All 18 modules are available. Each is linked to suitable practicals; advanced topics are identified as conceptual extensions where a specialized software pipeline is not implemented.
