Development status and evidence
Package availability
gsuite is the ecosystem and documentation umbrella. The seven standalone R packages gbase, gbayes, gcorr, glma, gmap, gscore and gsea are available as source packages. gsim and gact retain their own public repositories and releases. See Downloads.
A root gsuite R package release is not currently planned. R packaging for greml and gsolve is deferred, with separate or combined packaging undecided. Existing mixed-model examples require the development integration; they do not describe an interface available from the seven-package source repository.
Qualification limits
The capability overview separates native components from the current R workflows. Focused checks cover summary-statistic, covariance-model, MR, mapping, Bayesian and longitudinal integrations; they do not establish broad calibration or biobank-scale performance. A complete current R CMD check of the root development integration remains pending; that limitation is distinct from checks of standalone releases.
The model catalog records support for particular model, backend and inference combinations. Scoped evidence does not establish a complete pass for every package or platform.
formula and formulas are aliases in gfit(); their spelling does not select a fitting route. The retained compiled route is selected explicitly with control = gs_fit_control(...) and requires explicit gvc() components with complete starts and no separate pedigree argument. See the pedigree tutorial and formula reference. A catalog label must be interpreted within its stated scope, not as a blanket guarantee for any composition.
Historical evidence
The GenomeDK standalone record identifies the operator-reported successful Linux binary production and fresh-runtime installation. It records provenance and scope without publishing the binary or detailed HPC receipts. This is separate from public R-package qualification and industrial performance evidence.
The 50K pedigree comparison with DMU publishes covariance estimates, selected prediction comparisons and descriptive single-run timings. It does not establish general speedups, compare likelihood constants, or qualify all current routes and platforms.
Other local-data and solver qualification campaigns are referenced in the technical guides. Their full development reports are not included in this publication. References to those reports lead here so that the limits of the available public evidence remain explicit.
Development
The standalone source archives contain their R interfaces and native implementations. Additional integration tests, internal reviews and unpublished evidence remain in the development repositories. This site documents both public package workflows and explicitly identified development examples.
Website publishing is separate from software release approval. No software release or new licence grant is implied by this publication.
